Robocash is a developer of Fintech products, solutions and technologies operating on a global scale. Robocash Indonesia is part of the Robocash company group; it entered the Indonesian market with payday loans fintech product, and it is launching installment loans during 2018. 

The project manager / Country Manager (Indonesia) implements the company's strategic objectives. The place of work is in Indonesia (Jakarta), the relocation is at the expense of the company.

• Main responsibilities:Creation of a team - participation in the organization of selection, development, productivity management, engagement and retention of employees;
• Daily management of a team of employees in order to achieve the company's financial and operational objectives in Indonesia;
• Participation in the organizational structure development;
• Participation in the company's business plan development as well as setting the organization's objectives;
• Ensuring the company's compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements of the regulatory authority;
• Departments in management: Marketing, Sales, PR, Customer Service, Debt Settlement, Accounting and HR department.

Requirements:

• Work experience of more than 3 years in retail lending (banks, MFOs) or in a collection agency with managerial responsibilities;
• Work experience of more than 2 years as a manager;
• The level of English not lower than Upper-Intermediate (required).
