Based on the asterisk mark part of the book’s description I was expecting a number of twist and turns and unfortunately I did not get that. I was even disappointed that the picture of the heroine on the front cover (long black hair with an oblong face) did not even come close to the description of the heroine in the book. The book describes the heroine as having short brown hair, which framed her round face. The heroine (Belle) gets her first tutoring job as private tutor for the niece of the hero (Sam). The title also mentions that this is a Billionaire Western Romance; even the cover shows the hero with a Cowboy hat and the scenery has a country look or cottage look to it, however, the book states that the hero (Sam) lives in a mansion in LA (which is a major city in Southern California).The book description indicates that Sam and Belle cross the professional lines when there is an accident and Belle comes to the rescue. Well I was expecting something big to happen but all I got was a child playing outside, and getting a boo boo (Im trying not to spoil it). There is a part where there is a tragedy in Belles family, but its at the end of the story and you really dont get to feel the emotion because it ends so fast and is part of the couples HEA.I think the author should have not included this asterisk mark about the twist and turns because my expectations were that it was big and I didnt get that at all. There was no really chemistry between the hero and the heroine and I expected some of that since it is a novella and everything moves fast, but I didnt really even see the true chemistry between Belle and the heros niece (Beth).I gave this book 2 stars because the storyline idea was a good one, and I could see where the author was trying to go with the story.
