PAPUSHA ROCKET TECHNOLOGY: Our Key to Ecological Balance

PAPUSHA ROCKET TECHNOLOGY: Our Key to Ecological Balance

Banelocke

The most powerful rocket engine in the world was created for the Soviet Buran space program in the 1980s. This rocket engine emits 1,000 kg of carbon monoxide per second but through the invention of Anatoly I. Papusha of the world’s largest combustion chamber - carbon monoxide afterburner (CO) which uses a new type of multi-stage transonic combustion, it has reduced the emission of carbon monoxide from 1,000 kg per second to 1 kg per second. Imagine the impact it has made to the environment given that the amount of carbon monoxide emitted by that rocket engine is as much as the emissions of all Moscow vehicles during a day. If not for AI Papusha what could have been the state of the planet back then until now. What’s more to that is the fact that the technology he has created has a wide range of applications. Its main application is related to the processing of oil residues and producing liquid fuel such as diesel, kerosene, gasoline and synthetic oil.

All oil refineries around the world have a common problem which is the storage and utilization of their oil refinery residues. When these oil refineries process a modern high-gravity oil grades, the residue they leave reaches a high value of about 10-20% or in simple terms 10 million barrels of oil per day. If this much oil is left after their refinery processes and residues continue to grow and there is no concrete solution for its storage or utilization, what will happen to our planet? Will we all be swimming in oil residues? I bet it is most likely to happen if not for Papusha Rocket Technology. Papusha Rocket Technology is the world’s first rocket and space technology to produce fuel by using fuel oil residues from oil refineries. It is the best solution on hand considering that the other existing solutions on processing residues (thermal and chemical cracking) are too expensive, has low efficiency, difficult to operate and maintain and most especially it takes years to achieve return on investment.

PRT has launched Papusha Rocket ICO which is the latest technology to get rid of oil refineries’ residues around the world. Instead of destroying our planet, the oil refineries get gasoline and diesel fuel and sell them. PRT ICO creates small-capacity oil refining units to process black oil fuel and produce liquid fuel by using the transonic combustion technology. Refineries worldwide generate 1.35 million tons of residues everyday. One PRT-2 unit processes around 30-90 tons of oil wastes per day depending on its capacity. Now, the market requires great number of PRT-2 units to be able to process oil residues worldwide. Currently, there are no analogues of PRT-2 in the world that is why several large oil refineries are very interested in purchasing it. The installation of PRT-2 units will help establish a waste-free production at the oil refining and oil production sites.

Advantages of PRT Installation

The small-sized PRT-2 units are so efficient that it allow the output of up to 60% of liquid fuel. PRT-2 units will be produced in 3 types of capacity: 30, 60 and 90 tons of processing per day. The new and ready-to-operate PRT-2-30 unit costs about $950,000, which is way less costly than what other competitors can offer. Most importantly, the payback period of the investment on the unit is just around 5-7 months, which is a record for the industry which makes it a great investment considering that you are also helping save the environment at the same time.

So how does the PRT work?

First, oil refineries dispense their residues into special containers called “storage ponds” and because of this our environment is severely damaged. Well, initially oil refineries don’t realize the potential revenue from the processing of their oil residues. The small-sized PRT-2 processing unit uses the residues in the storage ponds as raw materials. Oil residues are processed at high temperature (more than 1,000 0 С) at transonic speeds (~1,000 m/sec) by adding other elements. The processed substances go through a very complex change that turn these oil residues into synthetic gas. After that, the substance enters the cooling unit and it is there that useful products are synthesized like kerosene, gasoline, oil and others. So what is set out to the atmosphere are only harmless water vapor and carbon dioxide. Finally, the valuable raw materials that were produced are now placed in special tanks that are ready for transport and sale.

With these processes and inventions within our reach, we will be able to improve the ecological situation of our world today thus, contributing to make our world a better place to live in for our generation and to the next.
