If you are as excited as us, we are honoured to invite you to join our mission. We are looking for a Bulgarian Speaking Sales Professional/Customer Advisor who is sociable, passionate, friendly, proactive and enjoys challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in active Sales for at least 2 years is advantage
- At least 2 year of work experience in bank and/or call centres
- Good computer skills
- A high-energy approach and Yes-attitude
- Customer needs oriented
- Fluent in Bulgarian
- Good Russian is an advantage
- Good English is an advantage
- A strong desire to succeed and reach sales goals
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
Your Main Duties Will Include
- Advise customers by phone or at the branch and help them in their money transfer process
- Provide excellent customer service while managing incoming/outgoing calls for Bulgarian customers?
- Call our clients who have not used our services for a certain time
- Support and develop sales strategies in order to provide the best results
- Provide excellent customer service and sales techniques
- Contribute to making money transfers for customers easy and pleasant
- Provide the best money transfer experience for Bulgarians in the UK
