Online Analytics and Engagements Manager в VEON
The role implies:
- Effective implementation of Eurasia internal digital communications, monitoring and measuring the success of our actions. We expect you to show tangible results in increase of effectiveness of communications based on your assessment of internal data.
- Analysis of the engagements in the organization and building up a connect between business processes and internal communications
- Proactive communication with Eurasia operating companies on their internal communications strategies.
- Development of internal social network in Eurasia. Experience in internal social media as well as passion for digital communications is an important asset to a digital company such as ours.
- Organization of internal digital communication in Eurasia as a hip & fun and personal brand in the hearts and hands of more than 10K employees in Eurasia.
- Working closely on employee experience and engagement in Eurasia.
Within 30 days you will:
- Have a good sense of VEON as a business, our priorities and the culture we are developing.

- Be shaping your knowledge on telecommunications and digital.
- Become familiar with internal communication channels.
Within 60 you will:
- Develop a map of internal stakeholders and define their roles for internal communications.
- Meet and greet with HR & Communication families in our Eurasian operating companies to understand their needs and challenges.
- Find the way to activate both executives and non-executives in terms of internal communications agenda.
- Generate creative ideas to encourage collaboration across Eurasian teams.
Within 90 days you will:
- Plan and roll out key tactics to drive internal communications in collaboration with Eurasia Head of Corporate Communications.
- Introduce and implement internal social media metrics.
- Generally innovate in Eurasia internal communications.
A bit about you
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 5+ years in Internal Communications/ Social Media/ Corporate Culture/ Comms Data Management
Skills:
- Digitally advanced (experience in Jive, Google analytics or Yandex analytics, Adobe Photoshop is a plus)
- Great project management skills
- Great communication skills (both written and oral in Russian and English)
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Planning and organization skills
- High level of responsibility
- Team-player and ability to work in multi-task mode
- Ability to communicate with internal clients in a flexible manner
