I waited an hour and then concluded the thing was square (я выждал час и затем решил, что обмана не было; to conclude — завершать, заканчивать; принимать решение; thing — вещь, предмет; дело, случай, ситуация; square — квадратный, прямоугольный /по форме/; прямой, честный).
