News by legal direction SOFIN project

We have prepared a small report, which is now done in the legal direction:

- An agreement on consulting the project with Law & trust;

- audit of the project, site and white paper;

- recommendations are given for changing the site and white paper;

- passed the test howey, on the basis of which the token is recognized as a service one, not equated to a security;

- preparation of the legal scheme for ico;

- preparing legal documents for the platform.
