15-Year-Old Girl Sexually Assaulted By Masseur During Massage At Texas Spa

A 56-year-old man who worked as a masseur at a spa in Katy, Texas, is now wanted after sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl, authorities said.
According to Constable Ted Heap, the man, identified as Zhujing "Sam" Li, sexually assaulted the teenager while giving her a massage earlier this year, KTRK-TV reported.
Li is being charged in connection with the incident that happened at the spa located in the 900 block of Westgreen Boulevard. The teenager was with her parents at the time, local media outlet Katy Magazine reported.
It appears that this is not the first time that Li has been involved in a sexual assault case. According to investigators, he is also wanted in another case where he went by the alias of James or Jason O. Cha. That incident happened at a different massage parlor located in New Orleans.
Li was described as an Asian male who stands at about 5-foot-5 and weighs about 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. The 56-year-old also previously lived in Los Angeles, Seattle, New Orleans, Louisiana, Houston and Dallas.
Authorities are now seeking the public’s help to find the suspect. Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for any information that could help police apprehend Li. Information may be reported by calling 713-222-TIPS (8477) or by submitting information online through the Crime Stoppers website.
Earlier this month, a massage therapist from Wildomar, California, was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a client in Chino Hills. The appointment was scheduled on May 2 through Soothe, a mobile wellness provider that offers in-home massage therapy.
During the massage, Omar De Soto allegedly sexually assaulted the victim, gathered his belongings and left before deputies arrived. De Soto was an independent massage therapist and was never an employee of the company.
The 38-year-old was contacted at his residence on May 3 and was arrested on suspicion of penetration with a foreign object, East Bay Times reported. He was held on $100,000 bail.
As a result of that, authorities worked with Soothe to determine if there were other victims related to the incident. The California Massage Therapy Council confirmed that De Soto is certified and that they are aware of his arrest.

If you are looking for a spa experience, this would not be the place. If you are wanting hard, deep pressure this is also not the place. Definitely no frills atmosphere but I was there for the massage itself. I have done several massages on my travels to SE Asia and they all seemed similar regardless of environment. Granted most of the techniques were sports massages with various combinations of other specialties like Thai massage. I wanted to try something different, so based on TA reviews decided to come here. Booked off of TA email as their website is in Japanese. You fill out a brief form indicating issues on body chart and then change into clothing provided. I am a physical therapist by trade so I have some awareness of the body. I was pleasantly surprise to have Naoko work on areas that others bypassed or dug through such as the attachments of the hip flexor along the lateral spine (can be factor in chronic lumbar pain). Naoko is intuitive and uses the pressure that is needed. No soreness post session at all and felt great!! It did get very warm as you are fully clothed and have additional towels on top of you. You can think of it as a body wrap or simply ask them to remove the towel. Can't speak for Kenta but Naoko is highly skilled! Bring cash in case the hotel credit card device gets busy signal (additional 3% charge).

In November my wife and I (65 years old) have spent a week in Siem Reap, Cambodia
During this time we have set up a treatment schedule (one hour every other day) with JapaneseMassageMASA
We have considerable experience with massages all over Asia during many years. There is always the risk of meeting unqualified staff.
However, in this case we can only say that these MASA people are professionals, know a lot about anatomic physics, have the proper individual feeling (each body is different), you can discuss options and level, they work dedicated. My wife is sensitive in neck and shoulders, afterwards very happy and regretting end of Siem Reap visit.
If you desire gentle but intense effective massage instead of rude (even sometimes hurting) treatment we can recommend Naoko & Kenta. Prices are reasonable (no overhead).
By the way, the other days we have had one hours foot massages in our hotel Angkorpalace Resort wellness department which combines very good.

Perhaps my expectations were too high based on the reviews but I didn't come away from the massage with Naoko with the ease and release from pain I was expecting. I woke with a neck pain and couldn't turn my head without some pain. Also had tightness in my legs. She focused on my upper body (nothing below the waist) which was fine but barely touched my neck area. Her touch is very gentle like a whisper. It's nice but I like a stronger therapy and needed targeted acupressure. $45 for 90 (plus $10 RT tuk tuk) is a lot for Cambodia so I didn't think I would come way with the same neck pain I walked in with. That said, I did like the hand massage and shoulder work she gave me and the space was quiet and serene.

After a 30-day journey relentless shooting schedule for the Belgian edition of Peking Express throughout South East Asia, I was completey knackered. My body was built up of tension, unexploded frustration and a serious lack of rest and recovery.

So I could use a massage. But my history of snowboarding, cycling, skateboarding and all kinds of other sports has had its consequences for my body, so not any type of massage suits me well. Let's say that I have 'specific muscular and triggerpoint needs' :)
When I went out looking for a massage that would take care of my specific problems, I was completey overwhelmed by the abundance of massage-possiblilities in Siem Reap. There is an overload of massage salons, spa's, health centres everywhere and basically they all do not seem to differ very much from each other. A joined venture with a friend into a footmassage salon the night earlier tought me that not all of those working in massage salons are equally trained.

That's how I ended up at Nacko's place. The difference of the Shiatsu and Japanese massage appealed to me, at first only because it was 'different' than all the other massages I could find.
But after I had my first massage, I immediately booked a second one. Nacko FEELS you. She has golden hands that transfer a lot of - at first overwhelming - energy into your body. When she touches you, your body starts glowing and healing, I've really never felt anything like this before. I wish I could take her with me to Belgium...
But since that is not possible, make sure when you visit Siem Reap to pay Nacko a visit. What she lacks in advertising (you have to keep your eyes well open to find her place!) she makes up a million times in well-being. She's a wonderful woman, with probably the best aura and most capable hands I've ever had touching my body.

Naoko is very friendly and professional. I was suffering from long term neck and shoulder pain and tried everything to relieve it - I was at the end of my tether when someone recommended this Shiatsu massage. The massage was unexpectedly pleasant and painless (unlike some other massages I tried) and afterwards I could turn my head again without pain. She explained to me where the pain came from and recommended some ways to maintain the relaxation. I can only recommend this massage.
