I was wondering if anyone has any tricks for avoiding getting an erection in the gym changing rooms?? It happens to me nearly every time I’m in there post work out, and I’m not talking about a semi I’m talking full on boner!. I don’t know if it’s jus the fact I’m naked which turns me on or what, I’m not gay so it’s not the other men I’m only asking because I got to the same gym regularly at the same times and I’m seeing the same dudes in the changing room I don’t want them to think I’m some perv. Does this happen to any1 else??

Just enjoy your boner. It’s a physical reaction to a variety of stimuli. If needed, you can be discreet by keeping a towel to hand. I take no offence at seeing guys with boners in the locker room. Just the opposite.
I’ve often seen boners and sometimes popped a boner myself in the locker room and neither of these things bothered me.

I agree with Luke1973s comments and Biggie McDicks comments. It happens to a lot of men especially for the reasons you've mentioned. A good workout, feeling relaxed after your workout and getting undressed. Sometimes just being naked in itself can cause it. I've used the method that Luke1973 suggested. Just keep a towel in hand and it you pop a boner you can hold it over it. I wouldn't suggest always wearing a towel over yourself as that always looks like you're just trying to hide something. Most dudes aren't even looking and have no interest in looking. They might take a quick glance and that's it. If they're looking any longer than that, then they probably dont mind it at all (which is why they're looking). Dont sweat it dude and dont worry. It's totally normal.
