Biftu Adugna Business S.C invites eligible bidders through National Competitive Bid(NCB) for procurement of

Medical equipment,

Medicine,

Reagents and Chemicals,

Medical and Laboratory Supplies.

Therefore,

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with national competitive bidding procedures and it is open to all eligible bidders.
2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB 300.00 (Three hundred birr). The method of payment will be in cash.
3. Documents will be issued on working days and hours from Monday to Friday from 8:30 A.M to 5:00 P.M and until 12:00 A.M on Saturdays commencing from the issuing date on news paper up to 1th October , 2020 at the address below.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amount of 50,000.00 birr (fifty thousand birr only) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee that will be valid for a minimum of 88 days.
5. Bids must be delivered before 1th, October, 2020 up to 2:00 P.M and opened on the same date @ 2:30 PM in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at meeting room.
6. Biftu Adugna Business S.C reserves the right to reject any bid partially or in full
