You will receive an email as soon as the property has answered your question. The front desk women were so friendly and helpful. We will highly recommend this location to our family and friends. The staff was really exceptionally nice, such lovely and wonderful people. Made us feel at home from the very beginning. And the view is so breathtakingly amazing, seriously better than any viewpoint ever. And you wake up to that every morning. The stairs are new and not that bad. Long beach is a nice beach and not that overcrowded like the area around the pier. They told us the owner is building a private beach area now, which will be finished some time soon. It really was the perfect stay. Yes, the floorboards of the bungalows are crooked, but it is nicely furnished, the bed is really comfy and it is perfectly clean! Aircon was new as well and worked really good. No complaints here. We had the bangalow facing the sea directly and was perfect. Walk to center is rustic and lovely, great views, enjoyable walk by the beach. Staff if very nice and attentive. The place is remote: you have to walk upstairs from the beach they still can help with baggage if you have some , so no crowds at all, nice and peaceful spot with an amazing view from the restaurant. We saw a family of monkeys at the breakfast trying to steel our fruit — this was fun but monkeys can be aggressive, so you have to be careful. The free transfer to and from the pier on check in and check was also a great service given location of hotel to main pier. Or a 20 minute walk along beaches. The breakfast is also really good! A peaceful place! Staff have been impeccable in their customer service, while the houses themselves were cute, simple yet modern and functional. The perfect epitome of island life! It is at a good higher which means you have to climb about steps Staff is awesome They carry the luggage from the bottom of the hill to the rooms so no need to worry about carrying the luggage. Vegetarians have less food choices to make The only point that I would like to make was that the entrance to this facility has many stairs. My husband and I love getting some exercise so this was an added bonus for us as we would wake up and use them for a work out in the am. If there was someone with mobility issues, this would be a problem. We loved the staff. Very bad value for what they provide. We had cockroaches in the bathroom, no mosquito nets, old furniture and actually the room is nothing like the pictures. They want this to be some sort of vintage, but instead is actually just old plain woody bungalow. The toilet seat was dirty from day one, there are lots of insects on the patio, so unless you bathe yourself in mosquito repellent spray, you definitely cannot spend time there. The breakfast is not a buffet, but a same menu multiple choice one. Either omelets and bacon or ham, fruits or musli and soup of three different types. You should pay great attention where you eat the breakfast. They have an all-outside area where the monkeys come and take your food. They also sense the smell of coca cola or fruits, food and if you have those on sight, they will meet you on the stairs to the resort and just steal those, this can be dangerous at night, too. The staff were nice, tried to help, but did not managed to, at least with the shower. They thought it s funny the water being so unpredictable. The view is amazing in deed, the yard is full of colorful trees and it also has acces to Long Beach and Loh Moh Dee Beach, which are awesome, especially the latter. Also, the sea and island are great seen from above. Nothing, except for that it was more expensive than usual in Thailand. The only other option is long boats which charge you per person. Beautiful views and lovely staff. The only way how to get anywhere from the hotel and back is climb up and down the stairs. The way to the town takes about half an hour depends on your condition and can be difficult for small kids and old persons. The breakfast in hotel was good but we would expect little bit more compare to the price. The best thing about this location is the view which is really beautiful. They have good thai meal in the hotel restaurant for good price. The worst thing was the bedroom, it was uneven so the bed looks like it was upside down. The bathroom was quite small and without sink inside. To go to the town by walk you need be prepared to walk at least 45 min. We asked if we could walk during the night and the staff said it was fine, so we decide to go back to the hotel by walk one night, but in the midle we need to stop because was very dark and inside the forest, so we asked in a resort that was near by and they told us that was not safe to walk there during the night, we got very upset so we need to walk back to the town to take a taxi boat. Also, be prepared to pay a taxi boat every time that you want go to town bath per person day time and bath after 6pm. The food was no that great, the menu was totally broke and fixed with brown tape. They also do not offer chair on the beach. The staff are very friendly The view from the restaurant is beautiful Very close to the beach. Location is great but little far from center so either need to walk about 40 min, great walk by the beach, lively views, nice path, sometimes need to walk at the beach or take taxi boat for bath per person or bath per person if its early morning or late night. So if u need to go back to accomodation during the day and back to town its not very convenient. Great views, lovely staff, good service, clean and modern bangalow. What not to like!!! As it run by locals it is truly special. What makes it amazing is the location and the amazing views from the bungalows.. It was a second time I stayed in this hotel and I absolutely love it. If you are looking for calm place on a very touristy island it is a great place for you. The stuff is helpful and friendly, the view is stunning and bungalow is comfortable and cozy. The hotel have their own restraint with delicious food. Other then the bar and restaurant there is no pool or private beach area. Staff is super friendly and the food is good. The view from most houses is superb overlooking the best part of Phi Phi and the neighboring island. Nothing to mention.
