To tell what We liked it would take ages! First of all I would thank Ms. Evegenia for understanding the issues we had on the credit card upon reservation! The property is just magical! We have chosen a delux villa and asked for the more privet villa and they upgraded us into a prestige water villa just for the sake of privacy! The villa is very spacious which gave our baby a really great area to move and play! The staff were so friendly and helpful; I would specially thank our lovely friend Meqdad for his big time help! He was the greatest host we would ever ask for! He also managed to get us a late check out at 7 p. For all they were really understanding to make the food just to satisfy our requests! We have tried the Spa and the semi sub marine which are just too good to be true! For me personally I have fallen in love with the bottle hunt and was my number one priority throughout the trip! The searching was really challenging and satisfying at the same time! Never to miss Mr. Rogers for their great hospitality! There was nothing not to like. The facilities was magnificent the staff was very helpful and friendly Literally nothing It was so clean, organized, friendly stuff, the host Siri was professional at all levels The only negative which hardly affected us was the airport service. Most other 5 star resorts have a lobby and a yacht instead of a normal jetty but we didnt have to wait at all so i guess thats insignificant. Also the snorkeling area isnt that calm so its hard to snorkel without being pulled by the current since theres no border from the outside ocean, but if you dont mind that then I guess it doesnt matter. I can say this is the best maldives resorts ive been to, and this is my fifth visit to maldives where i stayed at other 5 star hotels. The attention to details and proactiveness of the staff could literally make this a 6 star hotel. For example i had a sunburn and one of the staff noticed and asked if i wanted fresh aloe vera cut off the plant grown in the island and they brought it to me cut up on a leave ready to rub on my sunburns which felt sooo good. We felt like royalty there. Not to mention rheir amazing specialy coffee cafe where you can learn how to make specialty coffee like cold brew, v60 and chemex we got to try that experience as we won it vy finding one of their hidden bottles hidden on all over the island SO CUTE. The villa waslike a dream being so spacious with a living room and a rooftop! And the floating breakfast is a must try. I also loved that they paid so much special attention to me since i was pregnant and the yogi even personalized the yoga class for me with prenatal variations even tho he didnt have to. Poor wifi in some areas. More care should be taken with general cleaning. Some construction was still going on the resort and the builders were not professional when it comes to tourists on the island. We are a family of three, and so we booked one Bedroom Prestige Water Villa for 4 nights. The living space was amazing with high ceiling and modern decor. The views from the villa was breathtaking with views of the entire island. We first received a heartwarming welcome from the staff picking us up from the airport, we chose the speedboat which took about an hour to get to the island. When we arrived at the resort we were once again welcomed by a row of its staff members including the general manager himself John Rogers. Our island host, Hanchey was very helpful and made us feel like home. He was available to us 24 hours a day. Room service was extremely fast considering the distance from the villa and the restaurants. The food was always delivered nice and hot. The floating breakfast was worth it and I would definitely consider having it again. There was a fair amount of activity that you can enjoy considering the size of the island. During our stay we enjoyed snorkeling in particular as we witnessed a lot of sea life. The instructors helped out a bunch when we were enjoying some of the activities the island offered. We liked the kayaking and sofa raft which was a thrilling experience. The entire island staff were very organized and helpful especially Isabelle from the island shop and Hanchey.
