Dear partners, the family suite has a bigger balcony than the junior suite and has one bed room and one living room with separate door. Thank you. Gravity Sahl Hasheesh is a beachfront resort and has its own private beach onsite. You will receive an email as soon as the property has answered your question. Food very bad specially in the Mexican restaurant. I wish the hotel had more activities and trips than the animation specially for kids. Staff are very smiley and cooperative from reception to room service. Rooms was spacious and the quality of food was amazing. Overall layout of the hotel and limited landscape. Our room was with broken door for the terrace and it was not able to lock it. There was not enought soap and body shower gel in bathroom. The hotel has couple of outside pools. It says that one of them is heated, but it is not, becouse the water was really cold. Our stay was during winter and the temperature outside was around 20C during day, 10 C during night and lots of wind. WE strongly recommend to stay away from the beauty area - my wife did her nails there, also some face terapy. The people in the salon were not professionals and her nails lasted one day and looked really bad. All this cost us EUR, so we suggest you should save this money for something else. The hotel has really good restaurants with lots of food variaty - very tasty and well prepared. We were very happy with our all inclusive - breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks. The animation shows and activities are poor, current was down sometimes which was somehow annoying. Staff are very friendly and flexible, and food taste is good but normal varieties. The voice in the room can be heard from the room beside. Everything was perfect. The place, the view, the staff, and the food too. However, there were some comments on the food taste but the was really considered and the Chef talked to us directly and offered to do a special meal instead of the food we commented on. Muhammad Eid in the reception did all what he can to make us happy. The Animation team was extremely professional and friendly and did a great shows and activities. Overall it was a great stay. The layout was enjoyable and aesthetic. Room was cozy , nice view , outstanding stuff and cleanliness. Animation is not remarkable.. TV channels should be improved and increased in number Also taking the bags to and from the rooms should be faster.
