I don't know anywhere in DC Canon where they go 200 years back in the past to great grandfather of Jor El or even the Grandfather of Jor El. The acting is fine for just starting out the use of the Krypton god mythos and living in a domed Kandor is excellent and the premise that Braniac is not unlike Galactus or Paralax is an interesting idea. As least someone is trying to take a bit of canon and do something new. The result will be the same where they have to lead down to the proper canon but its nice to see WB actually take a chance and let a fiction be told. Back in the day for Wars and Trek authors were encourage to write all sorts of stories that made their way into paperbacks that did not become part of canon; I think of this as the same. If someone wants to tell a story, tell it. I wish I had found it before it started - I can barely wait for all 10 eps (I want them all right now right now). Also the timing with the MCU and Disney films coming out hopefully won't stop Wednesday night SciFi channel viewers. I stumbled upon this looking for something else, and I'm so very glad I found it.
Show started nice, i could change my rate in the future. Im so glad Paula is dead in the first episode, i really dont like her acting.Now i m in the middel of episode 3 i m kinda happy superman's whole world blow up. I mean look at them they are terrible, horrible people. At that point, we all know they couldnt stop the brainac( not sure about the name). I'm asking my self "why the hell im watching this show", " why they triying to save some people or their world" No meaning at all.
