Took the bus from Mui Ne to Saigon. Office at Mui Ne was easy to locate. The bus departed with 40 minutes delay. Bunks were not assigned, it was first-come-first-served. The sleeper bus was brand new, with luxurious leather bunks and actually clean. Чистый отель, очень хорошая комната , с двухспальной и односпальной кроватями,идеально для ночёвки с детьми. Дружелюбный ресепшен! Отель расположен в 2 минутах от пляжа, кругом много едален,есть и дешёвые - там где едят местные, расположение у отеля очень удачное. Хорошее место по цене 10 USD за 1 ночь. Если цена будет выше, то есть смысл посмотреть другое место. I searched for a hotel with swimming pool as we have young children, was listed as indoor swimming pool. There is no swimming pool,,,, front desk said not had for years,,,,,, Very disappointing they cant update to reflect honest facilities. Just a bit walk to the beach. But when we arrived and met the mistress, she can cook, and told us next time just call her directly and she will give us more exact info. I was very skeptical about this hotel because the price seemed too low for the location but based on reviews I decided to stay here. On check in found the place just few minutes walk from the back beach and the room was too good for the price. The only negative was that , the bed was bit hard. I will recommend this place to a budget traveller for a clean room very close to the beach. Ive been with my friends 1 night in this hotel. We arrived at the hotel at pm but I saw check in hour at 14pm. But when I arrived at the hotel and i asked the receptionist can i check in soon or not. She was very friendly and let us get in our room very soon. The room is quite good like the pictures that I watched on Agoda. I still saw some dust on those bedsheets. They gave us towers including towers for body and face. But we only used 2 of them. On the next day, when i wanted to use the differernt one. I saw a lot of ants inside the towel :. The shower also weak. The power of water from the shower is weak too. I also found the place to dry my clothes on 6th floor. I asked the receptionist for check out late 1,5 hours. She said that I just need to pay vnd for extra hours. But i saw a rule on the rules of the hotel. Customer needs to pay vnd for 1 extra hour. But she just get from us only vnd for 1,5 hours instead of k. I think this price quite good for us. We also had a great time in Vung Tau city. Well organized, neat, clean, acceptable view a corner of sea through the high buildings surrounding, full of morning sunlight when waking up, you cannot expect more from this place with this no-more-cheaper price. Food is nearby, mostly local food but ok. Staff are friendly. Manager Mr Son speaks good English and is knowledgeable while his boss also helps out. However, one thing to note, the hotel website stated 24 hr counter, but at around am, my girlfriend and I were hungry and wanted to go out to buy something. The hotel counter was closed, the lobby is dark and the hotel door is locked. There is a man sleeping in the lobby, we woke him up and asked him to unlock the door. He refused and claimed that all shops are closed after midnight. If there are curfew implemented, the hotel should have brief the guest during check-in or clearly on the Agoda website. Conveniently located a short walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Insanely busy on the weekends with large groups, but basically empty during the weekdays! Good, cold aircon. The pros outweighed the cons especially for price and location. Really nice room and bathroom. Changing towels every day, new drinking water and Toiletries. Quite a lot of noise from next door. Weekend horror families allowed to run riot with kids and adults making noise and using corridors as a playground. The staff is great in this hotel. The location of the Minh Nhan Hotel is good depending on what you are wanting to be close to. The tourist, backpacker and bus transportation trips offered by travel agencies, are there at this location so it is a handy place. Pickpockets are on the streets and anyone staying there should be aware of this. The water is not hot but lukewarm, so if you want a hot shower you might not get it, hot is iffy. When we arrived, the motel was good appearance, I mean looked nice. When we came into reception desk, we met the husband of owner. We showed him our reservation which are already paid via Agoda. We came immediately upset about that. However, a lady which is owner told us that let her arrange room for us. Actually, we already paid for rooms, we were on trip 10 ppl. She told us that she was so sorry about bad situation and she would arrange rooms for us when we came back after dinner. And she did very well, she gave us offer that she upgrade 2 of 4 into deluxe room without any extra fee. We would be ok with that. Because we only need rooms for ppl for one night. Well, seem she is great on her solutikn. However, we will never come back to this because of people which are beling to the motel. The husband is old, but very aggresive. No breakfast as mentioned. Elevator not functioning properly. Room towels not clean bring your own. If you want a sea-view room, this hotel cannot provide for that. Needed to find a simple hotel real quick and found this one. Few minutes walk to beach but not accessible to food. Room was cleaned daily. Decent place for comfortable rest away from the traffic. Stayed here 2 nights. Would stay here again.
