Очень уютное и гостеприимное жилье в городе. Находится всего в 2-х станциях метро от аэропорта, тихий район города. До центра города 20 минут на метро. Комната очень уютная и чистая, со всем необходимым для проживания и проведения вечернего досуга. Хозяева очень приветливые и отзывчивые. Clean and nice place to stay! An appartment with everything you need for one day, or a couple nights. Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, liegt in einer sauberen und ruhigen Umgebung und dennoch nahe der Innenstadt und dem Flughafen. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Da wir mit der S-Bahn kamen, hat er uns Anreisetipps gegeben, so dass wir direkt die richtige Bahn bestiegen haben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr, sehr ruhig und hat dennoch eine prima Verkehrsanbindung, so dass wir schnell im Zentrum waren. Feroze was an excellent host. I really could not have asked for a more friendly and helpful gentleman. I was warmly welcomed by his family and shown around the very large room. He was extremely helpful with directions around the city and how the public transport works in the area. Feroze was even so kind enough to take me to the local shops which took him out of the house for an hour, of which he was only too happy to oblige. I can highly recommend Feroze and would return again. The room was very large and of an excellent standard. Wonderful neighbourhood with lots of trees and pretty houses, but still very well connected to the rest of Hamburg. The apartment itself is light, clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. I felt completely at home. Thomas is a great host, I was very thankful that he stayed up past midnight to let me in. I highly recommend this wonderful loft! I stayed only for ten days previously i had booked an entire month. Although Simone would always answer me fast and try to solve the problems i found i had enough reasons to leave. What was advertised in the airbnb website was nothing of what i saw in reality. When i booked it there was a picture of a nice little kitchen where i thought I could prepare my meals and when i arrived there it was transformed into a new room for her son to study. The stuff for the kitchen was then placed inside my room wich left me with no space whatsoever. Also i had to ask Simone for other coffee maschine since the one in the room was super dirty inside even with spiders. Also i bought a private toilet but when i arrived i was told her boys would like to use that too which didnt happen because i asked her to have the bathroom only for me since i payed for it?! There was nights that i couldnt sleep until am because of her kids were really loud i had to complain about it too and the internet would stop working everyday precisaly at am just the time i would use to speak with my family in Brasil. There were no dry mashine for the clothes as well. I think for a short staying is ok but for a month i could definitely not handle it. The neighborhood was very pleasent thou with a delicious bakery at the corner and three minutes walking to the S-Bahn. Communication was good and the place is nice. Cleanliness can be taken care of a bit more and the price is a little bit too much for it. Der Alsterpark liegt ca 5 Min. Der Aufenthalt bei ihr war sehr unkompliziert und flexibel. Alles super, so wie beschrieben. Esther ist eine sehr herzliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Esther war flexibel, da ich erst spaet abends wieder kam und am Morgen schon frueh wieder ausschecken musste. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Renate ist eine Symphatische, Aufgeschlossene und Hilfsbereite Person. Wir haben gut miteinander Kommuniziert. Vor allem das breite Bett Tolle Gastfreundschaft. Renate ist sehr engagiert. Ich komme gerne wieder. Der Aufenthalt war einwandfrei. Volle Empfehlung! Verena is a fantastic host! She was very caring and made sure I got in on time on my layover from Hamburg to Toronto. Azucena lives close by, and was very helpful with tips and rushing to our aid when we locked our keys in the apartment. It is well appointed with a good kitchen for a single night to full month stay. The apartment has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and eating place where we prepared breakfast. The living room gets a lot of daylight, the windows are soundproof. The rooms have sound system so you even hear the radio in the bathroom. We enjoyed Hamburg very much with our family. We would definitely choose this apartment again. We were lucky, Wolfgang upgraded us to the main floor bedroom which has its own terrace leading to a common garden area. Gladly stay again. The place is great. We had a great and meaningful conversation, did some nice stretches, and she gave great recommendations for places to go in town! She adjusts the experience to fit your needs. The house was close to the nearest u-Bahn station and it was easy to get down town. We met a few problems whilst in Hamburg and, even on vacation they were easy to reach and very helpful! И поселились сразу. Хозяин Карл сразу открыл нам дверь. И мы очутились в очень уютном доме. Нас восхитили поделки которые своими руками сделала Бриджит. А какие красивые куклы ручной работы. Мы ходили и рассматривали все поделки как в музее. Буквально все комнаты сделаны с любовью. И в каждой комнате есть что то особенное. Целые коллекции различных вещей. Мы сразу поняли что находимся в доме настоящего художника и творческих людей. Так же нас восхитил сад. И в нем присутствует уют и творчество хозяев. В подвале к услугам гостей есть различное пиво. Очень кстати было даже безалкогольное пиво. Месторасположение дома удобное. До центрального вокзала всего 30 минут на электричке. А до аэропорта всего 10 минут. Sehr stilvoll auch die Dekoration und Inneneinrichtung. The house was in a suburban location about 30 minutes by S bahn to the local station from Hamburg HBF. The local station was a 5 minute walk away with local facilities including supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. We enjoyed our location in the suburbs, travelling in and out every day. The airport was 15 minutes away by S bahn. The property was excellent with spacious living areas, a very pretty garden with an outside dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. The property was spotlessly clean! Birgit was a fantastic host providing clear joining instructions plus extensive information about the house and local area. We would certainly choose this property again if travelling to Hamburg. Very nice and cosy place. Ursala was very friendly and helpful and well organized for the info we needed. Celia was very nice and extremely accommodating. It had everything that I could have asked for - pots for cooking , washing machine , dishwasher , ironing , even extra pillows. Celia was on vacation when I reached Hamburg but she made sure that the keys were delivered to me as soon as I reached. There is a supermarket right outside her place and lots of places to eat food or coffee. There is a bus right outside that takes you to all the main places of the city , also the metro station is 10 minutes by walk which will connect you to any place you need to reach. Even after the stay I am still in touch with her as she helped me with a lot of things that I needed for a comfortable stay in Hamburg. This is definitely a recommended place. I enjoyed the chance to be so close to parkland after visits to the urban center. The location is very convenient to the train station that takes you to the heart of Hamburg in moments. Jan and his wife made me feel very welcome by their thoughtfulness: plenty of towels and a nice bar of soap in the bathroom, a welcoming bottle of wine, and an extremely comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed the soaking scents for the bath I now know a new part of the city, and it is now my favorite part. Very enjoyable and most pleasant! We live in the rest of the house. In just 10 minutes by foot you reach the S1, which takes you quickly and easily to the main station 25 min and the airport 13 min. Alternatively, in 15 minutes by foot you reach the U1. The airport can be accessed by using the S1 2 stops incl 1 change or min with a Taxi approx EUR. The accommodation is a studio with a comfortable double bed x You dont need to take anything, except your personal belongings. Tea and coffee is provided for free. The Alstertal with its beautiful parks and river can be reached in 5 walking minutes. A good resort, and also very inviting in the summer for barbecues.
