Die Ausstattungen bzw. Wir haben unser Geld verloren. The arrangement of rooms is very well planned as everyone gets the sea view. Very helpful and accommodative staff. Free flow of hot and cold water and coffee and tea even in the middle of the night. Except for the room bathroom needs a little more maintenance. The mezzanine sleeping space is cosy. The mattress is very firm. I stayed there for 3 days 2 night 1. No room cleaning the next day at all, forced to stay with sand, no toilet clean daily no towel change 2. Staff very rude the way they talk, especially one lady seems she is boss, asked to check out as early as possible on 3rd day when I told I will check out by but under pressure I agreed for , from AM she started reminding me u need to check out.. No one clean room on 2nd day even no one clean toilets 4. Of course, location is superb but there are n numbers of the resort on the same location. The front desk lady is very unfriendly, Room facilities too old and need to be upgrading, Breakfast food is too simple. Overall rating is very good to this resort. The staff resory especially to Mr. Man very helpful to me. They assist us from morning until night to go the beautiful place that we need to go without any charge. Thanks to the resort staff. Facility needs work and expect rustic accommodations at a reasonable value on island. Pros Friendly staffs,whIch make us feel homely Location,front beaches for snorkeling, nice liveband just next door, food is the best located at redang. Resort arrange island hopping and snorkelling trip, interesting bedroom design,hammock outside,equip with good aircon and customer service that cater to our needs,eg,extra towels and request to see sea turtle cons, tap water smells rusty maybe is Island amenities maintanance? Not well maintained,vintage haha Water running thr for shower is not strong, no hair dryer. The hotel is relatively small with about 20 chalet type rooms facing a beautiful bay with white sand and easily accessible coral reef just offshore. The rooms are basic and the bathroom is small. The location of the hotel just behind the beach is fantastic. There is an extensive Chinese menu that is good,as are the breakfasts. So, we walked down the beach to a hotel where we could get burgers, chicken nuggets, pasta, etc. The hotel would benefit from: Some western food for children. At present you have to read in your room or in the restaurant. A bar that serves more than soft drinks or tins of beer. Located at the best place in Redang BUT the resort is awful and dirty. Have hidden charge. Receptionist not frendly. Customer must check out early at 10am. Not suggested for muslim. Toilet bowl cant flush. No water to bath. Bed is dirty. Bitten by unknown insects at night. Woke up at midnight because of itchy. Staff with bad attitude. The chalet itself was beach-front property, near the jetty, and close to restaurants and convenience store. The room itself was okay, the decor a little gaudy. I think this is a miscomm between Agoda and the business owner, we should not have to pay the 'compulsory' amount. The toilet was a horror story, with improper plumbing, streaks on the sinks, and water would float up from the bottom of the toilet the part screwed to the floor every time we flushes. The toilet was really horrible. The resort staff themselves were very friendly. The food was very good, however it takes a while to arrive. Do order in advance. We paid alot extra for the overall experience, we booked for 5 person room but food is only included 2 person and we have to pay extra rm21 per meal since not all of us are included for complimentary meal , food can be improved nasi lemak and ayam since we paid for such a price, Towel is not provided, Wifi is weak and slow, cleanliness can be improved as we found alot of sand on bed and bugs around. This hotel is below the standard of a simple hostel. The pillow cases have large yellow stains on them, the bathroom is filthy, with broken appliances. If you want to catch an infection, this is the place to go to. We left the place after the 1st night and we are still fighting to get a refund for the nights we did not stay for safety and health concerns. Neighbouring properties offer incomparable quality and much better value and service for less money. This 'hotel' should not be offered on any accommodation website at all. We booked 5 nights at an outrageous rate due to high season. The chalet was fine but the shower was so basic with everything falling apart. We asked for beach towel which was not available. We asked to make up the room and get fresh towel but that was not possible. The breakfast was pure plastic and fat with sausage, ham, hash brown, beans and white paper bread. Not even a dog would have eaten it! We asked for jam which was not possible. The menu card looked longer than what was actually available. Lots of local chinese customers who looked satisfied and Few Europeans who were not happy either. I forgot to mention the Wai Teresa cum come ok who threw the menu card to our face everyday! And that was with all other European customers I spoke with Not a great vision of friendly malaysian people. A shame really! I have been in Malaysia for so long. People are usually very kind The chalet is well located right on the sandy beach. The room was old with a noisy aircon. No housekeeping was offered during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate most of our meals at the restaurant and they were good. The bed sheets were full of blood and dark stains and smelly. Even worst, there is a nearby bar which plays loud music till am every day so forget to sleep till that time. It was really a pity that the staff are so nice, the location is perfect but the resort really run down. The toilet is dirty and could see some black small creature crawling on the floor. The worst thing is the the water smell of karosin, and one point of time the water supply was interrupted when we were having shower. The TV is not working too. I think the resort seriously need t upgrade and renovate. Accommodation is basic, but perfect location apart from the Karaoke bar a few doors down which can keep rocking up until AM. The staff are lovely and really helpful. The snorkelling guides showed us a moray eel which was just amazing. Highly recommend. Spend 3 days 2 nights at this lovely resort. Good location right in the middle of pantai pasir panjang. Staffs are great, helpful and friendly. Resort manager Hiew always around the resort and able to answer and help us with our needs. The only thing the resort could improve is to include the free boat transfer from mainland in its price. Will come again. The resort is very close to the beach and we can see sunrise in the morning. There is a pipe for us to wash away the sand before entering the room. There is only one plug and the tv seems like not getting signal. The toilet is not very clean because of the sand. The room is very romantic as the lamps are dim. The food is nice. So the overall is good. I have stayed in this hotel for smal trip. Although it is not at same location as being shown at agoda portal. But inafact at much better beach side location. This hotel is in the sane location and provide muh better service. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. I realy enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this chalet for Muslim families who are not interested in karokea-ing, loud noises or partying. Our room, Ocean front master room is good for a family with up to 4 kids. Location is very nice with ocean view room but the condition of the room is not well properly taken care. Breakfast spread- not much option. Agoda -payment system thru Agoda app should relook and to have security code before proceed with payment. Relaxed stay with helpful staff Good food Great location from room to beach. Do not book this hotel. They would keep on turn off the water supply and come up with stories. None of the furniture in the room are good. You will definitely feel body pain after using their bed. My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The location is great. Right on the beach. The restaurant on the facilities served very good food from a wide variety of items. Mostly Chinese style. The facilities however are average. Rooms are dated. Internet is average at best. Sometimes not able to connect. All in decent value for the money. Activities are rather cheap. Look for Frankie, the manager. Unexpectedly good. Unexpectedly bad. The beach in front of the resort is the best. Overall the price is cheap, cheaper than other resorts; Despite the price is cheap, i do not recommend to others. It is not chilling and the place are extremely hot with no air validation 3rd, the toilets are small and dirty. But I still do not happy with the place. My booking stated 5 person in a room, so should have 5 breakfast but they only provided 2 breakfasts. Also they charged GST for the food without printed tax invoice receipt in hand writing! We will never ever return to this resort again!!! The staff is very kind and the position is good. The resort is dirty and need maintenance operation overall. Breackfast was bad. The last night we stay in the resort, the staff managers and some guests made a lot of noise, screaming and laughing aloud tallas 3 a. Never come back in this place. Highly NOT recommended for family stay. No room service. We stayed from October 14 till October 16th with two of my 2. Inside room there is hardly any place to move. After we reached to Redang Island they picked us from Jetty point at 12Noon and kept us waiting until almost 2PM as rooms were not available. In our entire stay there was no room service. Pathetic experience. You just end up swimming among Chinese feeding fish. The opposite of what you would expect from a proper institution. But do not miss Pulau Lima and let yourself 9 get dragged away to swim with turtles. Very nice people but if you want something like bedsheets or a broom to clean the sand from the bungalow or fixing electricity you must ask. Mostly alright with the staff, rooms and facilities, except that d very old bathrooms needs refurbishing pretty badly. On d brighter side, lunch and dinner was superb! Kudos to d chef. The hotel is a very small hotel, it has only 13 rooms. We can easily have snorkeling in the beach without any need to go any where. There are many colorful fishes and coral. However, the hotel condition is not satisfying. The room should be renovated. The foods are Chinese foods but they were okay. We have realized there many good hotels in the same beach. It is better to search for other web-sites because agoda doesnot have contract with all hotels in the Island. Stayed here with mother, mother-in-law, son and maid. The room was quite dirty and small as compared to the picture. It is stated that this room can fit 5 person maximum but it was really small. It is also quite dirty. The food was bad. I have been to other hotel where they do this, and their prawns and fish are actually bigger and more in quantity, more worthy of my dollars This BBQ dinner is designed to con money in my opinion. Each person is only given very limited ingredients - a few pieces of prawn, some meat and one egg and the group is given a steamboat with metal plate on the sides where we have to 'grill' on our own. Note that the ingredients given to us per person is not more that RM 5 - 6. But we were charged RM 59 per pax. I would only recommend this hotel if you are really on tight budget and have a large group of people as most hotel only permits 2 person per room. Suitable for mid range budget. The staff especially Zira is very friendly. Located in Long Beach. The breakfast buffet is only for 2 people so if you are travelling with more than that you will need to pay for the other travellers during check in. Please call the resort in advance if you want them to arrange for the Jetty transfer in Syahbandar jetty or else you will need to gamble and buy the tickets on the travelling date. Overall experience it was not bad. Money Money Money Everything you wanted was charged about 3 times the price as main land Malaysia. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive. The menu? You pay RM15 for a dish that serves You get the meal included in the price of the room - yet the portion size is considerably smaller than the normal meals others can purchase, thus making you purchase more food. The room was tiny for 4 people. The Mattresses had mold growing all over them - literally all over them. I would much prefer to spend a bit more money on a resort that was more luxurious then spend money here again! We went there with a group of 25 persons, they are very helpful friendly. I bought a room with a brakfast while I am home for my uncle. But when he reach resort, the reciptanist charged brakfast money for 3 guest Great location, with direct access to beautiful white sandy beach. One thing to comment is about the cleanliness of the room. Simple hotel does have to be dirty. Friendly staff. The food was a lil expensive The island is amazing. Just come back from a one night two day stay - fantastic value and extremely accommodating staff - thanks Chris! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back! We were greeted and entertained by the friendly staff. The room was good but the best was that our room is exactly viewing the ocean. Will return if coming to share room with a few friends. This resort provides basic facility and amenities which served our purpose which was to enjoy the beach and island hopping. The room can accomodate 5 adults. Great value for money. The snorkeling spots in front of this resort is the best. You can even spot baby black tip reef shark there. All in all, got the best bang for my buck by staying there. Bear in mind, to each his own. Hotle was good with the delicious food they cook.. Toilets were not ok. We already inform them that we will arrive at 9 am and they agreed and also guided us about the nearest jetty. But when we arrived they hvnt guven room untill 1 pm. It was very bad from the side of hotel management. They also asked to check out at 11 am. Well, overall its good and cheap if u are 5 persons.
