TRANSPARENCY

InvestaCo is committed to a completely transparent process even outside of open source code. Here's another way we want to convey transparency and community control.

Involve an accounting firm for a third-party audit, which will be reported to the public.

Founders will be limited from liquidating their INVs at a rate of more than 20% of the total pool within the first year. This is to prevent dumping and keep the token price stable. It also keeps their interests in harmony with the INV community over the long term

Reserved tournament crowdsale funds can only be accessed for the stated purpose, such as liquidity or community rewards. The INV price of the future token tokens event crowds will be determined by, but not limited to, the INV exchange rate prior to the occurrence of the crowdsale.

Community consent will be used through smart contract voting based on coinholding and consensus. Votes may approve the unlock of coin money, changes to club membership policies, and other changes affecting the INV community.

Minimum threshold amount will be required to solve the crowdsale token. ICO will have a series of cap level. If crowdsale does not reach the soft limit of 1 million, any funds received during the crowdsale token will be returned to the original original wallet. Assuming the soft cover is exceeded, but a hard cover of 50 million tokens is not met, unsold tokens will be retained for market liquidity support. Any funds received upon reaching the maximum limit of 50 million tokens will be returned to the sender's wallet.

This means that the various control functions are delegated to the authorities both internally and externally, to provide greater transparency and oversight of InvestaCoin's inner workings.

Our coin holders will be able to contact our core team through some redundant channels like slack, telegram, twitter and community forums. Our consensus-based polling mechanism will ensure that democratic rules direct our core deviation teams to key chain and platform decisions, which will surely come as we expand to meet the demands of not only our future bondholders but also new customers. Due to operational control & security factors, we can not create a complete opensource codebase but will seek to involve and request community feedback on major decisions where possible.

Allocation of Token

The INV Token is a smart contract token based on ethereum ERC-223 compliance.

Token will be issued by Investa upon completion of public token sale.

Holder token will be able to use INV in the Investa platform as a payment tool for all services in our APP.

For example, INV holders will be able to use their tokens to subscribe to Investa's crypto basket, which will take the token allocation from other ICO pre-sales, managed by our INV managers.

INV holders can also place their tokens into our programs such as Enterprise and Launchpad, for loans to small businesses and other approved borrowers.

INV tokens can also be used as a means of payment for upcoming Investa Events, such as the annual crypto summit, INV roadshow, or our mindshare forum. This event will be published in due time and INV holders will be able to attend, after paying for a ticket using an INV token.

Finally, INVs can be used within our payment network, such as to load a prepaid debit card with funds that can be used as FIAT currency to any merchant on the Union Pay network.

Or our users can transfer INVs to other Investa users, who can then redeem them in various other currencies, such as BTC or FIAT - so we allow our users a level of financial control and flexibility that was not previously available.
