Responsibilities/accountabilities:

  • Provide HR advisory and support to employees, first line and middle managers of BUs in Russia/CIS in the delivery of the HR cycle: bonus/pay review, Performance Management, Talent Management, benefits, etc.
  • Administrate corporate benefits program and HR part of payroll process for Russia
  • Provide Knowledge Expert support of HR system (Workday): conduct trainings, ensure accuracy of the data, run reports, provide support on daily basis
  • Lead the on-boarding program: conduct induction sessions, ethics & compliance trainings, collaborate with managers
  • Contribute to HR projects as a team member, ownership of independent projects
  • Lead Graduate/Internship programs

Skills/Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • 2 + years of professional experience in HR
  • Understanding of Russian labor legislation, including statutory paperwork
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook and international and local HR databases, including 1C
  • Pro-active, easy learner, able to work in very dynamic International environment and follow introduced organizational structure changes
  • Able to deal and analyze huge scope of information/data
  • Native Russian and fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
