Responsibilities/accountabilities:
- Provide HR advisory and support to employees, first line and middle managers of BUs in Russia/CIS in the delivery of the HR cycle: bonus/pay review, Performance Management, Talent Management, benefits, etc.
- Administrate corporate benefits program and HR part of payroll process for Russia
- Provide Knowledge Expert support of HR system (Workday): conduct trainings, ensure accuracy of the data, run reports, provide support on daily basis
- Lead the on-boarding program: conduct induction sessions, ethics & compliance trainings, collaborate with managers
- Contribute to HR projects as a team member, ownership of independent projects
- Lead Graduate/Internship programs
Skills/Qualifications:
- University degree
- 2 + years of professional experience in HR
- Understanding of Russian labor legislation, including statutory paperwork
- Self-motivated team player
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook and international and local HR databases, including 1C
- Pro-active, easy learner, able to work in very dynamic International environment and follow introduced organizational structure changes
- Able to deal and analyze huge scope of information/data
- Native Russian and fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
