There was a time when you could bet your hat that if a film had Morgan Freeman, Lawrence Fishburne, or Wesley Snipes that it would be good on some level even if only for their performance. Well I am surprised at Morgan Freeman. Although he only is associated with this film through what seems to be a couple of montages spliced into an entirely different film, it baffles me that he would lend his name and likeness even that much. It has been said many times that Freeman has brought a nobleness to films beneath his talent such as "Outbreak" and "Amistad", however if that was the directors intention here, he failed to recognized the limitations of this insertion technique. This movie is utterly unwatchable as it begs for you to laugh with it or at it and appears to have no preference to which you decide. Out of sight for most of the film, Morgan Freeman is Guilty by his Association with it. The tagline "First impressions are deceiving" sounds like the reaction of customers who studied the box cover and decided to rent this film.
When I saw the movie at the video club, I said it looks exactly like "Along came a spider" and "kiss the girls", it's with Morgan Freeman, it should be good.<br/><br/>Well, what a disappointment, this movie looks like a college project, nothing else.. very very bad filming, and not to help, one of the worst french translation I've ever heard..<br/><br/>It's total crap, I should have asked for my money back.<br/><br/>After the movie ended (yes, I watched it completely, I said Morgan Freeman would do something somewhere, in vain), I checked the DVD extra and watched the trailer, oh my god, the trailer shows ALL scenes with Morgan Freeman.. looks like he's the main actor of the movie!!!<br/><br/>False publicity, plus this attrocity last only 70 mins...
