3. 自带相当酷的语音留言功能 The caller can leave a voicemail;

去哪使用？

Where to use?

1. 网页 Web pages;

2. Google Voice App：将App的设置里面“拨打和接听电话”设置为“首选WLAN和移动数据网络”；

3. 环聊（Hangouts）：苹果用户要去美区下载，Android 用户还需安装环聊拨号器 。APP设置里面的短信和电话选项默认是关闭，需要手动开启。

如何充值？

How to recharge?

1. 在官网绑定信用卡，然后充值 Bind a credit card and recharge it on the official website。
2. 或者直接不充值。用 Google Voice 号码换绑微信手机号后，可使用微信对国外提供的 Wechat Out 虚拟电话服务。Wechat Out 的充值可以用礼品卡。

Or no direct recharge. After binding the Google Voice number with WeChat, we can use the Wechat Out, one virtual phone service provided by Wechat to foreign countries. It can be recharged easily using Google gift cards.
