Gett RU Business analyst

Gett looking for the RU Business Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We believe that data is one of our key assets, which could and should be applied in every part of our business.

As RU Business Analyst you will provide analytical support for such activities as pricing, customer activation and retention, user behavior analysis, marketing campaign monitoring and others. 

Areas of responsibility:

- Execute ad-hoc analyses and research to initiate quick wins and long-term solutions

- Build the automated analytical and visualization tools 

- Understand and highlight daily/weekly/quarterly performance trends to the marketing team

- Collaborate with senior executives to support their decisions with data-driven approach 

- Develop and maintain predictive models for various business KPIs

Requirements:

- Final year student from top-tier university or graduate in Computer Science/Math/Economics 

- Quick learner with an analytical and result oriented mindset

- Prior relevant internships / full-time positions and international experience are strong pluses

- Familiarity with SQL, at least one programming language 

- Creativity and desire to improve processes and automate them is a plus 

- Good communication skills – both written and verbal: an ability to convince others and defend your point

- Native Russian, English: Intermediate or above

Desirable:

- Working experience with SQL 

- Experience with R (dplyr, shiny), python (pandas, numpy)
