2 A resolution recognizing the de Jure Declaration of independence 

3 and the de Jure Bill of Rights as Florida Law and  recognizing

4 July 2023 as “Declaration of Independence Awareness Month" 

5 and Tuesday, July 4, 2023, as "Start Believing in Freedom Day" in

6 Florida.

8 WHEREAS, the de Jure Constitution for the United States is  

9 included in the Online Sunshine Official Internet Site of the

10 Florida Legislature

11 WHEREAS, the de Jure Declaration of Independence is not 

12 included in the Online Sunshine Official Internet Site of the

13 Florida Legislature 

14 WHEREAS, the de Jure Bill of Rights is not included in the

15 Online Sunshine Official Internet Site of the Florida

16 Legislature

17 NOW, THEREFORE,

19 Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Florida:

21 That July 2023 is recognized as “Declaration of Independence Awareness Month" 

22 and Tuesday, July 4, 2023, is recognized as "Start Believing in Freedom Day" in

23 Florida, and

24 The de Jure Declaration of Independence is added to and  

25 indexed in the Online Sunshine Official Internet Site of the

26 Florida Legislature, and

27 The de Jure Bill of Rights is added to and indexed in the

28 Online Sunshine Official Internet Site of the Florida

29 Legislature.
