If you are having sex, you can protect yourself and your partner from pregnancy, STDs, and HIV (the human immunodeficiency virus). Even if you are not having sex yet, be prepared.

Talk with your health care provider. Let her or him know if you are having sex or thinking about it. Ask about all types of birth control and which is best for you.

The best birth control for you is the one you use the correct way, each and every time you have sex!
If you are sexually active, protect yourself and your partner from pregnancy, HIV, and other STDs. Even if you or your partner is using another type of birth control, agree to use a condom every time you have sex, to reduce the risk to both of you for HIV and most other STDs. Birth control (such as the pill, patch, ring, implant, shot, or an IUD) provides highly effective pregnancy prevention, but it does not protect you from HIV and other STDs. Condoms can reduce the risk to both of you for most STDs, including HIV, as well as the risk for pregnancy.

Many clinics provide free or low-cost counseling and reproductive health services, including birth control, for teens. By law, Title X family planning clinics must offer private and confidential services for teens
Confidential services means your health information cannot be shared with anyone without your permission, unless your health care provider is concerned that you might hurt yourself or someone else.

Call or stop by a clinic to talk with a counselor or health care provider about birth control, condoms, and other reproductive and sexual health needs you might have. Bring a friend for extra support!
Some clinics have walk-in hours especially for teens after school and on weekends.

I have been shared a file on Teams. But each time I want to find the file again, I have to locate the email and click the link again. I know that I could search for the file by name, but I don't generally remember the name.  I would like to be able to bookmark it. This is the only workaround I can figure out: Go into Sharepoint in Office 365. Search for the file name. Bookmark it in my browser. It's frustrating though to have to use both tools in this way.

Based on your description, I did a lof of tests and research about the files in Teams, as far as I know it is not feasible to directly add bookmarks for the files in Teams. However there are some other suggestions you can try to check if it can meet your requirements, thanks.
Before the further talking, may I know if you could sign into Teams Client? If so, as far as I know all the files you received or sent to others would be stored in the File tab within your Team, when you open the File tab, you would be able to see all the files you have there. For your reference 
Moreover, if someone directly send you a file in the team chat, as far as I know you could try to save the chat history including the file, and the saved message would be stored in the Saved option ( you can click you own team profile picture to find it there). All the file within the message saved would be listed there. For your reference 
Moreover, all the files you sent or received in the Teams will be stored in Teams, and if you don't remember to file name, you can also try to type /files in the Teams search bar to search all the files you got recently in Teams. For your reference
