500 to 800 grams of sausage (cut into small slices)
Black pepper to taste
1 can of pickled peas
1 can of canned corn
340 grams of ready-made sauce
3 whole eggs
1 cup of soy oil
2 cups of milk tea
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 cups of wheat flour tea
1 tablespoon of baking powder for cakes
Filling
In a container, add the sausages and cover with boiling water and soak for 2 minutes.
Drain water, add pepper, peas, corn and mix.
Add the sauce, mix well, add the salt and set aside.
Mass and assembly
In a blender, add eggs, oil, milk and beat until everything is blended.
Add salt, cornstarch and beat again.
With the blender turned on, gradually add the flour, yeast and beat until everything is smooth.
In a greased, floured pan, pour half of the batter, spreading well.
Add the stuffing on top, spread it all over the dough and cover with the rest of it.
Place in a preheated oven at 180º degrees for about 55 minutes.
