Putting on essential oils topically like geranium, rose and lavender may improve rashes.

Simply rub 3 drops of oil on the area 3x daily and if you have sensitive skin you can mix 3 drops with 1/2 tsp of coconut oil.

Rash or dry, itchy skin. Cradle cap and eczema too:

Mix coconut oil with a little bicarb n apply on baby.

Aloe gel or hydro gel.

Soak in oats for 10 mins. Brings lots of relief

U also need to cut out sugar n pasteurized dairy coz that makes it worse.

Drink extra water n ginger, lemon n tumeric cuts down acid too.

Cupping helps remove acid and clear dry skin.

Eat avocados and drink some apple cider n olive oil daily. Omegas are important especially in pregnancy n breastfeeding

Have bentonite clay
