Recently, we have seen an increased interest of users to the BTC-Alpha platform, in connection with this, the number of requests for deposit/withdrawl of funds has increased very much. Many users do not take seriously the security of their account and do not use two-factor authorization (2FA), for this reason, applications are subject to manual moderation.
For us, the security and safety of users' funds is very important, for this reason questionable conclusions are moderated by operators. This causes delays in some payments.
