Constipation is one of the most common bowel problems afflicting many people

Increase or include healthy fats like 

avocado 

Black seeds oil

Olive oil

Walnuts

Sunflower seeds

Plenty water

Vegetables 

It's uncomfortable, and can cause bloating and painful cramps.

The fiber and water in vegetables can help prevent this scenario, 

and promotes optimal gut health in general by nourishing beneficial gut bacteria.

PILES

 REGARDING piles a lady was advised to have

1/4 - 1/2tsp nutmeg(she took 1/4tsp)

in a 1/4 glass warm milk (almond milk) twice a day

 beetroot with every meal as to not get constipated....

1 Tblspoon Sutherlandia leafs in boiling water In the morning as a tea I assume.

After a few days the piles just shrunk and went away.
