To support maintenance and improvement of financial performance by:
• Providing management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support weekly business reviews and ad-hoc requests on revenues, expenses, customers, product and sales channels.
• Challenging budgets and projects within given assumptions and to maintain valid financial plans.
• Performing analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities; making recommendations to mitigate these risks.
• On-going analysis of the commercial policy vs current market environment, highlighting the need of change and providing necessary financial inputs to support the changes.
• Calculation of portfolio targets for wholesalers on quarterly, half-year and full year horizons per channel
• Monitoring and verifying wholesalers performance vs Targets on a weekly basis
• Supporting SFE team with pricing set up for sales team bonus calculation and clarification
• Ensuring pro-active Business Partnering with BU, Marketing, Commercial and other functions.
• Ensuing on-going business performance is appropriately monitored and measured, and drives early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners.
• Supports and improves business case proposals and profitability tracking.
• Supports the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and Strategic Planning processes.
• Supports the monthly BPA closing procedure and Business Unit (BU) management reporting packages.
• Analyzes investments and sales to provide resource allocation recommendations.
• Adopting a partner and challenger role when evaluating projects/ Product Business Plans. Support managers in the formulation of their business and financial plans. To fully understand key business issues feeding those plans.
• Maintenance of the CDM system by timely update of prices, discount schemes, clients and delegation rules.
Минимальные требования
• Education: University degree in economics, business or finance
• Languages: CPO language English, fluent written and spoken
Experience/Professional Requirement:
• Significant (>2 years) experience within international financial environment or comparable position
• Experience in business analysis and controlling positions is a must
• Excellent analytical skills
