- Support service management;
- Monitoring the implementation of targets;
- Budget control;
- Optimization of business processes;
- Selection, training, adaptation and attestation of employees;
- Motivation, mentoring, coaching operators;
- Preparation of reports on the work of the team.
Additional Requirements
- Higher education in the best universities of Russia;
- Experience in the support services (call or contact centers) of international companies (preference for e-commerce, telecommunication, IT or service areas) from 3 years;
- Experience in managing a team of 20 people;
- Knowledge of CRM, CTI, Freshdesk, SalaseForce or similar programs for contact centers;
- Fluent English;
- FAQ, development of regulations and processes, KPI systems;
- Strong scripting skills for call center operators and support services;
- Knowledge of office programs and presentation preparation skills (Excel, Power Point);
- Result-oriented, stress-resistant
