Water and Sanitation Forum of CCRDA would like to invite qualified consultant to carry out an assessment that will be used for policy roundtable discussion focusing on "Accessibility of Clean and Safe Water In selected sub cities of Addis Ababa: Assessment from Human Right Perspective."
The consultant/team should have postgraduate qualification or at least MSC/MA in either or combination of the fields such as; water supply engineering, water resources engineering, environmental engineering, development studies or related development studies with proven experiences not less than 10 years for masters holder and not less than 6 years for PhD and related field with ample experience and proven record in handling similar businesses at nation level with government, non-government organizations and international agencies.
The consultant/team is also expected to submit technical and financial proposals describing the steps of undertaking the assignment according to the TOR specification;
Interested consultants who meet the above requirements are invited to collect the detail TOR from CCRDA office room (#304) immediately after this bid announcement from Monday to Friday morning 2:30 am to 12:30 am noon and submit their technical and financial proposal in separately sealed envelopes within ten working days from this announcement,
