The overnight bus was comfortable and arrived early in Bangkok, so that was good. In the end I decided to get a hotel room while I waited in Suratthani which made the journey more comfortable. The bus was clean and the service was great very friendly and helpful. The free meal was definitely a bonus, especially on a long trip and it was tasty! Smooth and easy way from BKK to Phangan, highly recommend. All connected quickly! Not suggest for old person, hard to having deep sleeping on the bus and ferry. However, this will be new experience for traveler. Provided Coke Zero, water bottle and small cake. I think it was enough for supper. And the ferry arrived earlier to island at So I had more time to discover the island. Seats were too small for a IP bus and AC was far too cold. Так как билетов на обратный путь на руках не было, волновались чтобы про нас не забыли, но в назначенное время на ресепшен отеля перезвонили и предупредили о небольшой задержке с просьбой ожидать. Через минут приехал автобус и далее мы поехали по маршруту, билеты водитель привез с собой. На автовокзале действительно пришлось ожидать рейса часа полтора, как многие пишут. Но последовав примеру местных мы устроили мини пикник на газоне и на фоне красивого заката время пролетело незаметно. Не смотря на отличную организацию, по понятным причинам путь этот достаточно труден физически. Поездка организована отлично, на каждой остановке встречали и направляли на следующее транспортное средство. Все очень оперативно, никаких задержек. Билет брали с трансфером до отеля, по расписанию время прибытия планировалось на 12 дня, фактически уже в 10 утра были на месте. Автобус комфортный. Поездка заняла 10 часов. За время пути в автобусе предлагали напитки Колу и кофе. Была одна остановка для ужина. Кресла удобные, Кондиционер мощный, Боролись с ним при помощи скотча. По факту высадили в Сураттани и потом подъехал минивэн. В Натон прибыли в на 8ч пароме. А так, место в автобусе довольно удобное, даже удалось немного поспать! The staff in a coach was so helpful! The seat was very comfortable. I could sleep well. Bus was really comfortable. We have got pillow and blanket, water and donut. All could be nice but air conditioner destroyed all road. It was too much cold in the bus, it didnt let us sleep. Second thing is that we had to have direct bus to Khao Sok but they left us on a bus station in Surat Thani and we had to wait for another bus - nobody told us about it before. Weather and people. Even if the trip takes ,5 hours less than it supposed to be. Goede bus, met fijne stoelen met veel ruimte. WiFi is aanwezig. Het eten stelt alleen niks voor en is erg onduidelijk. There was a unmentioned switch of the bus to a regular bus. We rode the regular bus for 5h at the end of the trip. The so called VIP bus was very old and not in good condition. False pictures in the advertisement. The trip lasted couple hours longer than promised. Everything went well , on time. Поездка была отличная. Все пересадки были без задержек. If you buy tickets for government bus at the bus station you will go by the same bus directly to Koh Samui drop off at Nathon Bus Terminal. Автобус по комфортности выше всяких похвал. Then we were woke up again at 5am for a transfer in a van, which actually left one hour later. A really uncomfortable trip we would never do again! Process of booking with 12go. Very comfortable overnight drive with provided pillow, blankets and even food. В автобусе нереально холодно. Приходиться спать укрывшись с головой пледом. В Сурратани пересадили на старый рейсовый автобус и час на нем тряслись но донсака. The airconditioner was to cold. Very comfortable bus, with WiFi and food provided! First time on a first class vip bus. Better than I expected! Je recommande.
