Business rate rise in Fitzrovia

The statistics are derived from a report by Jones Lang LaSalle (pdf), also referred to by an article in the FT, and government statistics. Our own research has revealed that rateable values for some businesses in Fitzrovia have doubled while others have only risen by 20 percent. Rate payers can go online to check their draft rateable value on the Government’s website tax.service.gov.uk/view-my-valuation/search.
