Just think about itthere has been several individuals across the web who report that Boveda products affect flavor. At first I kept each different strain in a spice jar with only a perforated lid and in a larger airtight coffee container. That container had Bodevas with about 6 different strains. After a couple of days all the strains smelled exactly the same and I thought it was because I was keeping them together in the coffee jar. They smell like hay. Then I took a different approach and put each strain in its own airtight container with a Bodeva Pack. After a couple days they all smelled exactly the same, and again like hay. I even invited a friend over to smell this amazing strain I purchased. To me it smell different from when I purchased it. Without saying anything I showed it to him. Immediately after smelling the first thing he said was that it 'smelled off'. I went to Bovedas website where they say these are made of 'natural salts and purified water'. Then I googled to Mortons salt odor elimination and they have articles specifying that salt is great for odor elimination. Google it yourself! I did a lot of testing and research. For me the best method is to place one drop of water on a small paper towel and add that to your batch for 12 hours or overnight and then take it out when the paper is dry. If needed repeat again. My herb was definitely on the dry side before, brittle to touch even. Worth the money for sure. This seem expensive. I will tell you now tho if you are harvesting cannabis where legal these are a requirement. They go well with a tall mason jar, i use a ml wide mouth bernardin jars. These jars can be found on amazon for around 10 dollars. They go on sale frequently, if not on sale just wait till they are.
