Ingredients

Cake

– 3 eggs

– 1 cup of warm milk

– 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter at room temperature

– 2 cups of sugar

– 1 cup of chocolate powder or chocolate powder

– 2 cups of flour of wheat

– 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Before starting, heat the oven to 180ºC.

Topping

– 6 tablespoons of sugar

– 3 tablespoons of margarine

– 3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate

– 1 box of cream

Preparation

Cake

In a blender, place the eggs, milk, margarine and sugar and beat for 2 minutes on high power. Add the chocolate and flour and beat for another 4 minutes. Add the yeast and beat for another 10 seconds, just to incorporate. In a greased and floured baking dish, pour the contents of the blender and bake for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test. Stick a toothpick in the middle of the cake after 40 minutes and see if it comes out clean. If you leave, the cake is ready. Wait for it to warm and unmold.

Topping

Bring all these ingredients to the heat in a small saucepan, mix and stir for approximately 8 minutes over low heat. Wait until it gets warm and pour over the cake. If you like, decorate with chocolate sprinkles, peanuts, walnuts or confections of your choice.

Chef's Tip: After unmolding, make holes with a thick straw in the cake. When pouring the icing, it will run into the cake, which will make it even more delicious.
