Jefferson Pierce has made his choice. He hung up the suit and his secret identity years ago, but with a daughter hell-bent on justice and a star student being recruited by a local gang, he'll be pulled back into the fight as the wanted vigilante and DC legend: Black Lightning.
The whole concept of the series is not so bad but the directing and the acting is not good at all. i've watched every episode so far ( the first 8 ) . the first 5 showed completly nothing .... after the 6th they move the story so very litle at the last 5 mins and through out the whole rest episode the show basically nothing.
Quality of the show doesn't warrant a weekly following. Cliché and predictable, with just enough cheezeyness to be DC.
