The scope of the Bitnation idea is amazing – planned to replace on the planet all state entities and traditional services provided by them, thereby removing the reasons for international conflicts. The team characterizes their creation by definitions – Virtual. Decentralized. Voluntary. Limitless. Let’s look at the picture from afar to evaluate this definitions and perspectives. Let’s start at the beginning – name of the project.

About company.

The Bitnation project was started at 14 July 2014. Founder of the company Susanne Tempelhof, later joined by Rick Falkvinge – founder of the Pirate Party. Whose presence says a lot about the ideological atmosphere.

Soon would be initiated sale of PAT tokens type ERC20, which would be used inside the community as main currency. Also, they will automatically accrue to users who provide services and have achieved a certain reputation.

The future of a mankind, from the Bitnation viewpoint is a global free market in which has no place for monopolized services of state institutions. The world will soon be composed of nations with voluntary participation and autonomous communities, competing in providing a range of management services to voluntarily acceding citizens. In such a world sovereignty finally passes from the state to the citizen. Thus, humankind will return to itself true freedom of choice, assumes the team. Such vision is very different from the existing world order, where states compete with each other for providing man with management services. In the result this can lead to violence and conflicts. In the Bitnation world you can become a citizen of an arbitrary nation with just an application on your smartphone. Competition for the favor of citizens-consumers value and improving the quality of services provided. However, as the developers themselves say, their project cannot yet replace the basic "service" of the traditional states – protection of a person from violence.

Main decisions (services) of the project.

 Currently Bitnation provide following services:

 /Public Notary Services based on Bitnation blockchain (marriages, registration of wills, birth certificates, registration of companies, certifying property rights, the free hiring agreements, debt agreements, etc.).

/Issuance of digital identifiers to stateless persons or Bitnation citizens registered in a blockchain.

 /Partner (read mediation) physical security services. *

 /Granting users to register their own "nations" with the constitution and other attributes.

* there was one-time partnership with the security company. But the wide distribution of such a service, in my opinion, will be determined by the popularity and liquidity of the token

The technologies of the Pangea project. 

Pangea – decentralized platform for P2P nation creation with voluntary participation, conclusion and arbitration of agreements that meet all accepted requirements of the system. Pangea interface has the appearance of an intuitive mobile chat application. System based on self-educated neuron network, distributed between servers, which executes smart contracts in the Etherium ecosystem. Inside the Pangea system users and AI- arbiter build up a reputation. They’re “rewarded” by Pangea tokens for contracts execution and disputes resolution.

Panthalassa – innovative internal software developed by Bitnation. Users can use the Pangea app to communicate with each other, exchange files, compile and sign smart contracts, trade, create new nations and organizations, and also interact with nations and management service providers. The reputation is automatically credited for these actions. Panthlassa have very high level of protection. It uses the principle of Secure Scuttlebutt (SSB). Compare to other traditional blockchains the Panthalassa software more like side-chain with a few nods. After processing users actions their results are recorded in the Ehereum blockchain by integrated node geth-node1920. Thanks to this scheme, users do not need to run on their device a full "heavy" node. This is increases traffic speed inside the system.

A word about inside cryptocurrency PAT.

PAT will become the driving force for the expansion of the community of nations and citizens of Pangea.

At this point, there are 42 billion major tokens, of which 5.88 billion (18%) is reserved by founders, co-authors and early co-developers. 34% of the remaining tokens are allocated for sale to new interested persons, 34% can be earned by citizens of Pangea, and 14% are reserved for transfer to future co-authors of Bitnation in the form of options and bonuses.

The sale of tokens is divided into three stages during which the market will realize 14.28 billion PAT (34%).

Conclusion

It is very likely that the future, which the project team sees, will soon come. But to completely trust in this you have to have the certain courage and life outlook. It is the only thing that draws boundaries of Bitnation community, but the dynamics of the growth in the number of users suggests that the ideas and principles of the project find people's response.

Note: in 2016 there were 4,000 Bitnation citizens and 25 embassies on the planet. * In 2018, the number of citizens exceeded 100,000, and the number of embassies equals 400.

On the other side, people like this are enthusiasts of crypto-currency as a means of payment. From which we can conclude that with the expansion of the application of cryptocurrency in general, the Bitnation community will grow in particular.

This process at the same pace will increase the investment attractiveness of PAT tokens.

* - The Bitnation embassy can be opened by anyone who wants to issue certificates, proof of identity and  complete other actions in the interest of the project.
