Not particularly impressive level of service. Add to the that the fact that the wait staff must wear masks, thus rendering them unintelligible, it was generally an unpleasant experience. This is our favorite local restaurant.

Rooms are tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Ocean front rooms have seating areas on balconies which overlook the beach. Rooms have good amenities including free wifi, fridge in room and coffee machine. Kettle was also provided on request.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and modern looking inside, although from the outside it did not seem very promising. The beds were comfortable, the room was large and the coffee pods excellent. Although not luxurious, all amenities seemed new and/or very well kept. No musty smell, specific to rooms in hotels by the sea.

Had an amazing view of the water and saw lots of geese. The staff were very personable rooms clean and convenience of restaurant in the same building. The location and view from our balcony were beautiful. Close to everything we wanted to do and the pool was great.

The Exterior of the place could use some new paint. The parking lot is illuminated appropriately, the staff are friendly, the ambiance very spacious and welcoming, the room was clean and bright with adequate hot water in the bathroom. The hum of the TV when combined with internet access allowed me to work. Its location right on the beach is lovely. They were pet friendly which I really appreciated.

The staff when I checked out was rude and abrasive. Pool was at 70 degrees which staff told us so it would be very cold if we would have swam in it. The hotel advertised an outdoor pool which was the primary reason we booked. The pool in inside with a slatted open roof, this does not make it an outside pool. There was no where to relax and sunbathe. The only down side was when two staff were getting off the elevator, saw that my husband used a walker but didn't bother to hold the door open.
