Life isn't fair. The Joker escapes from Arkham Asylum. Bruce Wayne puts on his Batman suit, mask, and cape, and goes in pursuit. He's soon found the Joker and begins a fight to subdue the red-eyed, sneering villain. Then, suddenly, things take a surprising turn: the Joker becomes the least of Batman's worries. New enemies appear: it's as if he's found himself in another set of comic books. Can he hold his own?
&quot;Batman: Dead End&quot; was such a big deal fifteen years ago because (to me, at least) it came about during that shaky period between Joel Schumacher and Christopher Nolan. And it delivered a vision of Batman that was straight out of an Alex Ross painting. It was fanboy catnip (I know this because I, sadly, used to be one). <br/><br/>I can&#39;t tell how well this holds up because it was always a head-scratcher. As soon as the Alien shows up, the whole thing goes sideways. I&#39;m guessing that&#39;s really the whole selling point, that you have no idea what you&#39;re in for.<br/><br/>But it&#39;s short, and the borrowed Alan Silvestri score goes well with the action. This is a fan film of particular visual polish - and that, I can appreciate. Absurdity aside, it&#39;s never boring.
Batman: Dead End is a short movie made by Sandy Collora, the movie is very impressive for a quick short movie and is very good. It&#39;s based on the comic books Batman/Aliens and Batman Vs Predator, the costumes in this movie are cool. The Batman costume is good, the Predator and the Alien suits look authentic and great. The special effects such as the predator vision and shoulder cannon is cool and looks good.<br/><br/>The film sees Batman searching for the Joker who&#39;s escaped from the asylum, after confronting him the Joker is suddenly attacked by a Xenomorph. Suddenly an Alien creeps up behind and Batman fights it, the Alien gets killed by the Predator and soon Batman finds himself in a dangerous battle against the ultimate hunter.<br/><br/>Batman: Dead End is a great short movie that should be seen.
