Please, read attentively these Terms&Conditions ("Terms") before using Telegram bot Arena Game ("Game") which available by this link or before purchasing  virtual currency ("Diamonds") at the Bank in the Game.

Your access to and use of the Game is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Game or making a purchase inside the Game you agree to be bound by these Terms.  These Terms apply to all, users and others who access or use the Game.

If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access to the Game or purchase Diamonds from the Bank.

Registration

1. The User registers in the Game using the data of his Telegram account (userId, firstName, lastName, username).
2. Customer can use his username from Telegram account or create name ("Name") for registration in the game. Player's names should not impair the rights of third persons or violate existing legal prohibitions or common decency.

Main features

1. Development team ("We") provide customer with Game access on a pro bono basis in case of observance these Terms and Conditions.
2. The User can uses Game within it's basic functional pro bono and get access to Diamonds for a fee.
3. Development team constantly updating, changing and finalizing the Game on their own discretion accordingly game content can be modifying without prior notice of customer.
4. Game is designed exclusively for entertainment. Any use of Game for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
5. User can refuse receipt of the notifications deleting game account via Game interface. Customer can refuse receipt of the notifications by deleting game account via Game interface.
6. Development team reversed the rights unilaterally changing and modifying Game content, gameplay, rules of the game and also introduce several (age, technical, temporary and other) Game restrictions.
7. Development team reversed the rights at any time changing and deleting any information published by user inside the Game including User's statements and announcements in Official Game chat ("Chat").
8. User undertakes to respect Terms and Conditions of game project Arena Game and meet other requirements of Development team involved in the game process which posted on Game or Chat.
9. Game contain links and other group chats inside Telegram. User understands and hereby agrees that the content and messages that are in these chat rooms are not checked by the development team. User clicks on links to these chats exclusively at his own risk, including during use of the game.
10. Development Team has the right to restrict or to block an access to the Game if User break these Terms and Conditions.

Payments

1. Alternative game currency "Diamonds" can be purchased in the Bank of the Game.
2. To process payments, we use a third-party payment service with official PCI-DSS certification ("Payment Provider"). Neither the Game nor Telegram accesses the user's payment information.
3. In the implementation of the payments, the user agrees to follow the instructions of the respective payment systems and payment methods chosen by the user. The Development Team is not responsible for rejection of the user's payment as a result of a payment Provider's error.
4. The User undertakes to provide reliable information when making payments. The User himself carries all risks of negative consequences arising from the indication of incorrect data when making payments.
5. User can appeal to Official Game Support Service on all issues relating to payments within the Game. The Telegram tech support does not provide payment assistance within the Game.
6. The User confirms that he has the right to use his chosen payment methods and (or) payment methods for receiving goods, without violating the rights of third parties and (or) the legislation of the country in which the Game is used and / or payment is made. The User undertakes to compensate to third parties all losses that he caused them in connection with the user's misconduct, in case of using money resource,s which do not belong to him, for payments.
7. The fee for the Diamonds, indicated in the Bank of the game, is displayed in USD (US Dollar). User understands and hereby agrees that when paying via certain payment methods a currency exchange rate may be applied.
8. After the payment process is successfully completed, the Diamonds will be credited to the user's gaming account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Development Team cannot guarantee that:

1. The Game will satisfy  the subjective requirements and expectations of the user, and the quality of the gameplay of the Game will be consistent with the user expectations.
2. The game will be available for use 24 hours a day, at a certain point of time or during a certain period.
3. The gameplay will proceed continuously, quickly, without technical failures, reliably and without errors.

Disclaimer of Liability

The development team is not responsible for:

1. Illegal or other actions of the User and (or) third parties, preventing the use of the Game by other Users.
2. User statements, published in the Chat. Administration is not responsible for the user's behavior in the Game and Chat, including for disrespect to other users.
3. The user's loss of access to the Telegram account and as a result to the game account.
4. The lack or poor quality of Internet service providers.
5. Materials and links of third parties posted in the Game and Chat and accessible by links as well as text, graphics, visual and audio.
6. Illegal actions of users, violation of official prohibitions, morals and rules of propriety.
7. The quality of payments through the Payment provider's payment widget or payment interface within the Telegram application.

Amendment

1. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If the revision is significant, we will try to provide notice to the user. What is a, significant change, will be determined at our own discretion.

Refund Policy

1. In order to return wrongly paid money and money paid by the User with violations of the rules established by the Payment systems or payment methods chosen by him, and also the norms of the relevant legislation, the user must directly contact the Game Support Service or the user support of the Payment Provider. The Telegram tech support does not provide payment assistance within the Game.
2. User can request refund within 48 hours from the date of actual payment.

Privacy Policy

1. The Game does not use or store Cookies.
2. The Game does not use or store personal payment data of the User.
3. The Game uses the following data from the Telegram user's account: userId, firstName, lastName, username
4. To completely delete an account from the Game, the User can contact the Game Support Service
