Android Software Engineer - Prisma Labs

Rapidly expanding Prisma Labs team is looking for an experienced Android Software Engineer to work on our flagship app Prisma.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, run experiments and ship new features.
• Strong coding abilities and experience with Java and Android SDK.
• A focus on user interface design principles and making apps work smoothly.
• Contribute world-class programming skills to enhance product experience for our users.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of Java programming experience using Android SDK.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented software development / design.
• Strong communication and writing in English

Preferred qualifications

• Programming experience with Android-related frameworks (Dagger2, Retrofit, etc.).
• Strong understanding of reactive principles/concepts (ReactiveX).
• Experience in C++ / NDK usage
