Ad Ops Manager

Tapcore is looking for a results-oriented and experienced Ad Operations Specialist the technical field. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in technologies and strategies needed to optimize yield across a network of publisher properties. The candidate must have technical knowledge, possess strong analytical skills and be able to grow relationships with our ad-partners.Manage all deals for SSPs, networks, and exchanges to ensure optimal fill at highest achievable CPMs for mobile web and mobile ads.

• Implement technical solutions for ad delivery that scalable and maintainable
• Investigate and resolve delivery/performance issues for all ads, provide ad-related technical support to both internal teams and clients
• Proactively maintain knowledge of industry trends and practices and implement them as needed
• Constantly look for improvements, monetization opportunities, conduct A/B tests on regular base to make data driven decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant experience required
• Must have strong knowledge with advertising technologies of the online ad landscape including header bidding, behavioral targeting, cookie matching and exchanges.
• Strong understanding and technical knowledge of digital analytics and investigation tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Fiddler/Charles proxies, Web Developer Tools and etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally and learn quickly
• Must be detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Deep experience with DFP and AdX / multi-SSPs / multi ad networks configurations is required
• Strong working knowledge of modern ad technologies

Nice to Haves

• Expert Excel (look-up functions, pivot tables, advanced functions, statistics)
• Ability and knowledge of building custom ads performance dashboards (experience in writing SQL queries, using report presentation tools like looker)
• Ability to create automated monitoring solutions to detect ad delivery anomalies
