Every minute and hour, every moment today

I'm thinking about one thing, namely, how lucky I am.

I used to not speak any English, but here, look at me now

I swim in it like fish in the ocean, the best speaker in town. 

I may not know 10 thousand, or 50 thousand words

But what I know gets the job done, I play the right chords.

No matter what I gotta talk about, I easily get along

Give me a word and I'll show you a meaningful monologue.

I ain't looking up to nobody, on no one do I depend

I know how to learn and study, "independent user"'s my name

I know how to expand my knowledge, my skills how to perfect

My English brings me a bright future, money, game, and respect.
