Dear Miriam,

You never fail in bringing my fingers to write. Although you wouldn't care, or you might've did if I was somebody else, either if it makes you smile or breaks you down, or means nothing but the same old words; things have meanings, because they don't.

Or perhaps it's the slight feeling of sorrow that makes you numb to everything but the sorrow itself. But we're not here to talk about the sorrow.

4 billion years and I was born in an era which you happen to exist, how lucky could that be? "Not lucky at all", you may reply. "You're worthy." I might add. And we never seem to change another's mind; though we never seem to give up either.

But the mild glimpse of your presence keeps on following this flesh, no matter how far you may go, or how numb you may feel. It's almost as if you are what you never meant to be, and I am where I was never meant to be. And even if you were ever to lose the very nature of who you are, you will always remain the same adorable being, in my memory.

I might never succeed in giving you what your heart and soul seek, or making you feel everything that your mind longs for. But having you gone, is when my heart would lack all the things I failed in giving you.

My very dear Miriam, in your description, from your hair and eyes and the arrangement of your facial features, to your voice and tone and the wise way of choosing your words, they are all magnificent.

The radiant stars of your fate, brightened up mine, and mine fails to reflect what you deserve.

So happy valentine's to my radiant star, and happy birthday to yours.

With love, dedication, and everything. Sincerely, Me.

(P.S. This was never meant to sound like a clingy highschool love letter written by the nerd from class B, but it does. Enjoy!)
