The precious crown of mankind

The general state of the world and humanity

The sixth century AD was drawing to a close.

At this time, the human world was mired in disbelief and immorality: the strong mocked the weak, the rich exploited the poor and disadvantaged.

First, it is necessary to know the level of spirituality of the whole world and humanity before the revelation of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Only then it can be rightfully appreciated how Rasulallah in a short period of time brought humanity out of spiritual darkness, political strife and social ignorance.

The most powerful states of that period were Byzantium, Iran, Egypt, India, Alexandria, Mesopotamia, China and others.

All these countries are characterized by:

1. Lack of a system of religions and beliefs.

The absence of a specific monotheistic faith suppressed the spirituality of mankind - various forms of immorality spread, and all human qualities, as such, disappeared.

Knowing that there is a Creator of all that exists, people worshiped the nature, heaven and earth, stars, the moon and the sun, which are under the control of Allah, and prostrated themselves before idols made of wood and stone.

The conscience and spirit of humanity were deprived of faith in God, and people were blinded and lost, because they could not correctly use the power of reason and recognize that: "All creations are the result of divine power."

Far from the treasures of faith and spiritual wealth, people were so careless and could not believe that just like every book has an author, every little needle has a master, so this world with thousands of secrets and incredibly subtle calculations has a Creator.

The world, in such a difficult situation, desperately needed tawhid1, which called for faith in the existence of one and only God.

The need for a mentor to show the way out of unbelief and immorality, as well as the need for the whole world in a prophet, became more and more evident.

2. Dividing people into classes and groups.

Humanity, devoid of divine laws, was divided into rich and poor, strong and weak, masters and slaves, aristocrats and commoners. The difference between rich and poor, between ruler and subordinate was enormous. The conflict between the authorities and ordinary people reached its climax. The upper class looked down on ordinary people.

3. The existence of the slave system.

Man is a noble and precious being, and in order to understand it, only true faith is needed.

People of that time, deprived of faith and kindness, began to become wild, considering a person a commodity, and not an outstanding person.

Often the slave was considered lower than the beast. The master had the right to do whatever he wanted with the slave and the slave.

The human world needed someone to bring them out of this decline. This need became apparent every day.

4. Conflicts between religions and sects.

In the Christian world, the original idea of Christianity, which came through the prophet Isa, that is, faith in a single Creator, was lost, and the Trinity began to form (tritheism - faith in taslis).

The clergy began to make contrived additions to the religion of the prophet Isa.

In particular, in the Eastern Roman Empire, under the guise of religion, the amount of evil and suffering increased.

In Iran, those who renounced Mazdeism, the dominant religion at that time, or did not obey religious rites, were severely punished. Cutting out the eyes, hanging, stoning, and starving became commonplace.

5. It was not accepted to talk about morality.

It makes no sense to talk about morality when there is no faith. Dignity was trampled underfoot, and the pursuit of passions became the main human trait. In a society plagued by theft, prostitution and murder, the great name of humanity seems to have disappeared. Such an example of immorality is the marriage of a Byzantine emperor with his sister.

Thus, humanity became orphaned, and the world was saddened. The world has become like a place of suffering. People have become enemies of each other and become like inanimate creatures.

A lonely society without a guide is full of bitterness. The whole world is covered with a dark cloud of shirk2, ignorance and unbelief. The world needed a man full of Nur, able to dispel these clouds and illuminate. Only when this light of happiness descends will the sadness of humanity be relieved, and sadness will be replaced by joy.

Humanity, too, had to understand the meaning of creation, its journey into a false world, the need to know God, believe in Him, worship Him, achieve lasting happiness and keep the reins of control over life.
