The adhesive must be applied at 40 degrees or warmer. Is this product exactly 16ft? I had to trim about 1" off each side. My garage floor is epoxy coated, do you still recommend I use the liquid nails/threshold kit? We have had other customers install the Tsunami Seal Garage Door Threshold Kit on epoxy floors with no issues, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of each installation.
