Could have a higher lip Seems to work pretty good and easy to install. Would like a higher lip to prevent water from enter the garage. This was very easy to work with and put down. Not enough adhesive, needed 1/2 more of a tube. Great stuff and highly recommend it. A great product, but I bought the wrong type A great product, but I bought the wrong type for my workshop roll-up door. Not stuck on this product The adhesive was hard to work with and was hard before I could get the threshold set. Had it cut to fit and ready, sealer just didn't cooperate. Easy to work with - excellent product. ordered the 20 ft. only sent 3 tubes adhesive. not nearly enough the last section did not have enough coverage and is lifting The product was very easy to install. Cut to length,place under door,mark final placement, remove threshold,spread adhesive,press down evenly, close the door adjust if necessary and pop a beer open and don't drive over for 24 hrs.
