check current counter for au

send sms via au

check counter for sent sms parts

Expected: sdp_sent_parts=+6
Actual: sdp_sent_parts=+1
Same behavior for sdp_delivered_parts param when we send success au sms with more that 1 part.
Same behavior for softbank_sent_parts param.
softbank_delivered_parts, docomo_delivered_parts can't be checked because I3(it equals 0 all time).
