For the third decade already, “No. 13” has been successfully marching along the theater stages of the whole world. The play entered the golden fund of the British Theater, as one of the best English comedies of the twentieth century.

The action takes place in a hotel in 13 rooms ...

At the center of the story is the assistant to the British Prime Minister Richard Willie, who decided to skip the parliamentary debate, preferring to gossip and active action. He rents a hotel room and leads the secretary there.

Everything could have ended quite predictably, but the “third extra” appears on the scene - a private detective accidentally pinned by a window frame, spying on a couple from the balcony of a hotel room. Richard and secretary Jane are worried - where to put the corpse in order to avoid scandal! And then the attendants, the suddenly arrived wife of Mr. Willie, the secretary’s jealous husband are always interfering ...

The whole horror is that each step only confuses the situation! The plot of the play twists and acquires new details and turns throughout the performance, forcing the viewer to laugh to tears ...
