We would like to explain principle of our app and submit an appeal to Reject.

The user spins slots in the app only for free. Periodically, the user sees video ads between the spins. For winning at the slots, he gets the COINS. User can exchange coins for lottery ticket, which plays a part of the income from advertising.

Important: user does not risk his money, does not add money to account. For user everything is absolutely free and he can only win a prize from the income from advertising in the app.
